How do I receive my wallpapers?
After purchasing, your download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after your payment has been successfully confirmed. You can download them immediately from the email and start using them on your device.
Can I return after purchasing?
Digital download items don't accept returns, refunds and exchanges. If you have any question, please contact us. We are happy to help.
When will I get my order?
After purchasing, an email containing your wallpaper files will automatically send to your mailbox in few seconds.
If you do not receive the download email, please:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Confirm that you are checking the same email address used during checkout.
- Contact us through our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the original email address used for the order.
If your order is confirmed and the original download email was not received, we can resend the download link to the original email address associated with the order.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All wallpapers are digital products, so no physical item will be shipped. Your files will be delivered digitally after your purchase.
Can I download my wallpapers multiple times?
Each download file:
- Remains valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
- Allows up to three downloads per file.
- Becomes unavailable after the 30-day validity period or after all three download attempts have been used, whichever occurs first.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their purchased files within this period.
Once a link has expired or its download limit has been reached, a new purchase will be required.
